ATTENTION TO ALL PATIENTS AND VISITORS TO MARKET DRUGS MEDICAL
DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
To ensure the health and wellbeing of our Patients and our Staff we are seeking your help to reduce the risk of exposure to the COVID-19 virus.
Here are some important steps you can take before interacting with the Medical Product Staff and Pharmacists at Market Drugs Medical.
- If you have any symptoms of respiratory illness like fever and/or new onset cough or difficulty breathing or have been in contact with someone who does or has been to a COVID-19 impacted country or area or has had close contact with another confirmed or probable case, please phone the pharmacy first at (780) 422-1397 for further testing instructions. If you require new medications or refills of meds or medical supplies, we can have them delivered or you may assign an individual who has not been exposed to COVID-19 virus to pick up your medication or medical supplies.
- For patients who do not exhibit the prior Covid-19 symptoms, you may come directly to our pharmacy or phone ahead so our pharmacists can prepare and answer to your needs effectively prior to your visit. If you require refills, please phone us in advance at (780) 422-1397 or Toll-Free 1-800-282-3913. Ask your doctor if they can Fax (780) 426-6179 or Phone-in your Prescription or refills. When you call Market Drugs Medical your call will be immediately answered during regular hours by a Staff Member. After-hours calls will be managed by our message system and your call will be returned the next morning.
